Return and exchange policies

At Fop Boots, we are committed to providing high quality boots and exceptional service to our customers. We know that finding the perfect size can be a challenge, so we offer the option to exchange footwear if it doesn't fit you. Below are our return and exchange policies:

1. Exchange policy

  • Deadline to request an exchange: You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request an exchange.
  • Product conditions: Footwear must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, if applicable.
  • Exchange request process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at contacto@fopboots.mx or on our official social media, providing your order number and the details of the exchange you wish to make.
  • Shipping costs: The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will send the new pair at no additional cost for outbound shipping. In the case of a new size change, both the return and the new shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

2. Exclusion of returns

  • We do not provide refunds: We do not offer cash back, store credit, or refunds for purchased products. All products are eligible for size or model exchanges only (of equal or greater value, with appropriate payment adjustment).

3. Defective products

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 5 calendar days of receipt. We will cover the shipping costs and arrange for the exchange for a new product at no additional cost.

4. Products on sale

  • Products purchased during special promotions or sales can only be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value, with the corresponding adjustment. Exchanges for products of lower value are not accepted and refunds are not made in these cases.

5. Submission process for changes

  • To ensure the process is as smooth as possible, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to package and ship your return. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure we receive your return without any issues.

6. Processing times

  • Once the product has been received, the verification process and shipping of the new item may take between 5 and 7 business days. We will notify you by email when the exchange has been processed and is on its way.
